Onze Master of Cermony: Guido Thys
Als de "minst gevraagde spreker van Nederland en omstreken!" Waarom? Omdat Guido geen spreker is, maar een specialist. Hij staat garant voor de inhoud van elke presentatie die hij begeleidt. Deze MC brengt u gegarandeerd in de juiste stemming!

Tijl De Bie
Tijl De Bie is gewoon hoogleraar aan de Universiteit Gent. Voordat hij in 2015 naar Gent verhuisde, werkte en studeerde hij aan de KU Leuven (waar hij in 2005 zijn doctoraat in machine learning behaalde), U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Davis, de University of Southampton en de University of Bristol. Hij deed onderzoek naar de fundamenten van machine learning en data science, en naar toepassingen in bio-informatica, muziekinformatica, analyse van online nieuwsmedia, computationele sociale wetenschappen en HR en de arbeidsmarkt. Zijn onderzoek is internationaal erkend met prestigieuze beurzen en prijzen, zoals een FWO Odysseus Groep I-beurs en drie beurzen van de European Research Council (een ERC Consolidator Grant, een ERC Proof of Concept Grant en een ERC Advanced Grant). Hij leidt mede de onderzoeksgroep AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) binnen IDLab-ELIS aan de Universiteit Gent.

Chris Kubecka
Chris Kubecka is de oprichter en CEO van HypaSec en biedt incidentmanagement voor staten, training in ethisch hacken in IT, IoT, ICS SCADA en deskundig advies aan overheden. Voordat ze bij HypaSec kwam werken, leidde ze de Information Protection Group en de internationale inlichtingendienst van de Aramco-familie. Ze heropende de internationale bedrijfsactiviteiten, hielp de oliemarkt te stabiliseren en implementeerde digitale beveiliging nadat het bedrijf te lijden had onder 's werelds meest verwoestende Shamoon-cyberoorlogsaanvallen, die 85% van de computersystemen en meer dan 35.000 Windows-systemen uitschakelden, met grote gevolgen voor landen als Saoedi-Arabië, Qatar en Bahrein. Bij Unisys hielp ze de tweede golf van cyberoorlogsaanvallen tegen Zuid-Korea in juli 2009 te stoppen, toen ze de belangrijkste klanten van het bedrijf adviseerde: Danone en Lloyds TSB. Ze is een veteraan van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht en diende haar land als militair piloot en als verantwoordelijke voor commando- en controlesystemen voor Space Command. Ze begon haar computercarrière op vijfjarige leeftijd met programmeren, maar mocht van haar tiende tot haar achttiende geen computersystemen gebruiken nadat ze het Ministerie van Justitie had gehackt. Chris combineert zeer technische vaardigheden, ethisch hacken, OSINT, strategie, leiderschap en bestuursexpertise. Ze geeft presentaties bij Europol, Interpol, de nationale politie, EU/NAVO-oefeningen in cyberoorlogvoering, DefCon, Black Hat, de Verenigde Naties, Oxford, Cambridge, OWASP en BSides wereldwijd. Ze is auteur van diverse technische, technische en managementcursussen en boeken, waaronder Down the Rabbit Hole An OSINT Journey, Hack the World with OSINT en haar aankomende boek Hack the Galaxy with OSINT.

Stijn Viaene
Stijn Viaene is gefascineerd door wat het betekent om met succes een digitale onderneming te creëren. En hoe je de waarde kan capteren die gepaard gaat met het inzetten van technologie, zoals big data, analytics, sociale media, mobile computing, internet of things en de cloud. Zijn onderzoek en onderwijs focussen op het beheer van informatiesystemen bij digitale innovatie en transformatie, de afstemming tussen bedrijf en IT, en het beheer van bedrijfsprocessen. Hij is betrokken bij meerdere onderzoeksinitiatieven, zowel met partners uit de private als uit de publieke sector, en zijn werk is gepubliceerd in gerenommeerde academische tijdschriften. Stijn bouwt zijn schrijf- en lesactiviteiten graag op rond cases. Daarnaast is hij de auteur van het boek Digital Transformation Know How: Connecting digital transformation, agility and leadership. Bij Vlerick doceert Stijn in de MBA- en Masters-opleidingen, het Executive Development Programme en de opleidingen Digital Leadership en Mastering IT Management. Hij doceert ook Digital Transformation in verschillende opleidingen op maat. Stijn is opleidingsdirecteur van Take The Lead.

Davide Cioccia
Davide Cioccia is de oprichter van DCODX, een trainingsbureau voor ethisch hacken en beveiliging dat zich richt op DevSecOps en web3. Hij is spreker en trainer op diverse internationale conferenties zoals Black Hat, HITB, OWASP AppSec, DevSecCon en DEF CON. Momenteel leidt hij de Nederlandse afdeling van DevSecCon in Amsterdam.

Konstantinos Sergakis
Konstantinos Sergakis is hoogleraar en persoonlijk hoogleraar rechten aan de Universiteit van Exeter. Hij is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht, corporate governance en kapitaalmarkten. Hij is lid (plaatsvervangend) van de Raad van Beroep van de Europese toezichthoudende autoriteiten (EBA, EIOPA, ESMA) en voorzitter van het Oversight Committee (BPP OC) van de Best Practice Principles (BPP) Group. Professor Sergakis was eerder hoogleraar kapitaalmarktrecht en corporate governance aan de Universiteit van Glasgow en docent rechten aan de Universiteit van Bristol. Hij bekleedde gasthooglerarenschappen aan de Universiteit van Aarhus, de Universiteit van Alcalá, de Universiteit van Liechtenstein, LUISS, Sciences-Po Lyon, de Universiteit van Macerata, de Universiteit van Trento en het Global College of Law van UCLouvain. In 2024 bekleedde hij het Peter Ellinger gasthoogleraarschap aan de Nationale Universiteit van Singapore. Hij is lid van het UK Research and Innovation Future Leaders Fellowships (UKRI FLF) programma Peer Review College. Hij geeft regelmatig keynote speeches en neemt deel aan evenementen op hoog niveau samen met EU-commissarissen, voormalige premiers/ministers en beleidsmakers. Hij was een vaste spreker op het G7 Pensioenforum (georganiseerd door de World Pensions Council) en het Responsible Asset Owners Global Symposium. Hij verzorgde de 8e jaarlijkse Paule Gauthier-lezing in Canada en een plenaire toespraak bij de Roemeense Academie van Wetenschappen. Zijn onderzoek wordt ook regelmatig gepubliceerd op toonaangevende mediaplatforms in diverse landen (zoals de Financial Times, Sole 24 Ore en De Tijd).

Ramses Gallego
Met een achtergrond in bedrijfskunde (MBA) en rechten heeft Ramsés meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in de beveiligingssector en een diepgaande expertise op het gebied van risicomanagement en governance. Ramsés is van mening dat Governance essentieel is om innovatie in deze veranderende zakelijke omgeving te faciliteren en heeft vele certificeringen die verschillende kennisgebieden combineren en zijn visie op technologie binnen de markt verbreden. Ramsés is een CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of the Enterprise IT) en een CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). Hij is de trotse eigenaar van het SCPM (Stanford Certified Project Manager) certificaat van Stanford University, Californië, een van de eerste experts met het CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) en tevens een ITIL en COBIT Foundations gecertificeerde professional. Hij ontwikkelt resultaatgerichte, bedrijfsgerichte, mensgerichte projecten dankzij zijn Six Sigma Black Belt accreditatie. Een internationaal erkende spreker, heeft in de afgelopen 12 maanden meer dan 25 verschillende landen bezocht en is vele malen uitgeroepen tot 'Beste Spreker'. Hij ontving de John Kuyers Award voor Beste Spreker/Conferentiebijdrager in juni 2013. Hij is door de overheid van Ontario, Canada, uitgeroepen tot 'Privacy by Design Ambassador' en is er trots op voormalig internationaal vicevoorzitter te zijn voor de Raad van Bestuur van ISACA. Hij doceert aan verschillende universiteiten over digitale transformatie en verandering en is gasthoogleraar in de Master of Cybersecurity voor IE Business School. Ramsés is tevens Executive Vice President van de Quantum World Association.

Ron Tolido
Executive Vice President, Master Architect en Chief Technology Officer - Capgemini Insights & Data global. Ron is de hoofdauteur van Capgemini’s jaarlijkse TechnoVision trenddocument. Hij is de eindredacteur van de Data-powered Innovation Review magazines en de host van de Data-powered Innovation Jam podcast serie. Ron is een veelgevraagde spreker en een frequente publicist, inclusief diverse boeken over software engineering en digitale innovatie. Hij levert bij wijze van een ‘eindejaarsconference' al jaren zijn visie op trends in December voor SAI. Ron doceert over trends en innovatie aan diverse Nederlandse universiteiten. Zijn huidige interesse ligt niet alleen bij AI, maar ook bij een nieuwe aanpak voor enterprise architectuur, data-platformen en biotechnologie. Hij was een van de allereerste C++ programmeurs in Europa, maar daar kunt u hem beter niet over doorvragen.

Tijl De Bie
Tijl De Bie is a full professor at Ghent University. Before moving to Ghent in 2015, he worked and studied at KU Leuven (where he obtained his PhD in machine learning in 2005), U.C. Berkeley, U.C. Davis, the University of Southampton and the University of Bristol. He conducted research on the foundations of machine learning and data science, and on applications in bioinformatics, music informatics, online news media analysis, computational social sciences and HR and the labour market. His research has been internationally recognized with prestigious grants and awards, such as an FWO Odysseus Group I grant and three grants from the European Research Council (an ERC Consolidator Grant, an ERC Proof of Concept Grant and an ERC Advanced Grant). He co-leads the AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) research group within IDLab-ELIS at Ghent University.

Chris Kubecka
Chris Kubecka is the Founder and CEO of HypaSec, providing incident management for states, ethical hacking training in IT, IoT, ICS SCADA and expert consulting to governments. Prior to joining HypaSec, she led the Information Protection Group and the Aramco family’s international intelligence service. She reopened the company’s international operations, helped stabilize the oil market and implemented digital security after the company suffered the world’s most devastating Shamoon cyberwarfare attacks, which took out 85% of its computer systems and over 35,000 Windows systems, impacting countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. At Unisys, she helped stop the second wave of cyberwarfare attacks against South Korea in July 2009, while advising the company’s major clients, Danone and Lloyds TSB. Stijn Viaene
Stijn Viaene is fascinated by what it means to successfully create a digital enterprise. And how to capture the value that comes with deploying technology, such as big data, analytics, social media, mobile computing, internet of things and the cloud. His research and teaching focus on information systems management in digital innovation and transformation, business-IT alignment, and business process management. He is involved in multiple research initiatives, both with private and public sector partners, and his work has been published in renowned academic journals. Stijn likes to build his writing and teaching activities around cases. He is also the author of the book Digital Transformation Know How: Connecting digital transformation, agility and leadership. At Vlerick, Stijn teaches in the MBA and Masters programmes, the Executive Development Programme and the Digital Leadership and Mastering IT Management programmes. He also teaches Digital Transformation in various tailor-made programmes. Stijn is programme director of Take The Lead.

Davide Cioccia
Davide Cioccia is the founder of DCODX, an ethical hacking and security training company focused on DevSecOps and web3. He is a speaker and trainer at various international conferences such as Black Hat, HITB, OWASP AppSec, DevSecCon and DEF CON. He is currently leading the Dutch chapter of DevSecCon in Amsterdam.

Konstantinos Sergakis
Konstantinos Sergakis is Professor and Personal Chair in Law at the University of Exeter. He specialises in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets. He is Member (Alternate) of the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA, ESMA) and Chairperson of the Oversight Committee (BPP OC) of the Best Practice Principles (BPP) Group. Professor Sergakis has previously served as Professor of Capital Markets Law and Corporate Governance at the University of Glasgow and Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol. He has held Visiting Professorships at the University of Aarhus, University of Alcalá, University of Liechtenstein, LUISS, Sciences-Po Lyon, University of Macerata, University of Trento and Global College of Law at UCLouvain. In 2024, he held the Peter Ellinger Visiting Professorship at the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the UK Research and Innovation Future Leaders Fellowships (UKRI FLF) programme Peer Review College. He regularly delivers keynote speaches and participates in high-level events alongside EU Commissioners, former Prime Ministers/Ministers and policy makers, has been a regular speaker at the G7 Pensions Forum (organised by the World Pensions Council) and the Responsible Asset Owners Global Symposium, has delivered the 8th Annual Paule Gauthier Lecture in Canada and a Plenary Speech at the Romanian Academy of Science. His research also regularly features in leading media platforms in various countries (e.g. Financial Times, Sole 24 Ore, De Tijd among others).

Ramses Gallego
With a background in Business Administration (MBA) and Law, Ramsés has over 25 years of experience in the security sector and a deep expertise in risk management and governance. Ramsés believes that Governance is essential to facilitate innovation in this changing business environment and holds many certifications that combine different areas of knowledge and broaden his vision of technology within the market. Ramsés is a CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of the Enterprise IT) and a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). He is the proud holder of the SCPM (Stanford Certified Project Manager) certification from Stanford University, California, one of the first experts with the CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) and also an ITIL and COBIT Foundations certified professional. Ron Tolido
Executive Vice President, Master Architect and Chief Technology Officer - Capgemini Insights & Data global. Ron is the lead author of Capgemini’s annual TechnoVision trend document. He is the editor-in-chief of the Data-powered Innovation Review magazines and the host of the Data-powered Innovation Jam podcast series. Ron is a sought-after speaker and a frequent publisher, including several books on software engineering and digital innovation. He has been delivering his views on trends in December for SAI for years as an ‘end of year conference'. Ron lectures on trends and innovation at various Dutch universities. His current interests lie not only in AI, but also in new approaches to enterprise architecture, data platforms and biotechnology. He was one of the very first C++ programmers in Europe, but you better not ask him about that.
